APRs are based on $100,000 loan amount and 20% down payment. Rates are subject to change without notice. Please ask for details. Lock in Fee of $500.00 is to be collected at application if customer desires to lock in rate. Biweekly loans must be set up on auto-pay (no construction or escrow funds). Construction loans use non-conforming rate. Loans over the conforming limits for qualified applicants are considered using non-conforming rates using the following: $417,000 (1 family), $533,850 - (2 family), $645,300-(3 family), and $801,950 (4 family) Must be owner-occupied for conforming rate.
